Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sharedtime app and related services ("Sharedtime"). By creating an account or using Sharedtime, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Sharedtime.

For purchases made through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

1. Who can use Sharedtime

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Sharedtime. By using Sharedtime you confirm you meet this requirement and that any account information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

3. Community rules and user content

Sharedtime is built for hanging out with friends. You keep ownership of the content you create (voice, messages, photos, profiles — "User Content"), and you grant us the limited license needed to host and deliver it to the people you share it with.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or defame others;
• Share content that is hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or illegal;
• Impersonate any person, or share other people's private information;
• Spam, scam, or attempt to compromise the service or other users' accounts.

We provide in-app tools to keep you safe: you can report users, rooms, and content, and block any user (blocked users cannot contact you or join your rooms). We review reports promptly — typically within 24 hours — and remove content and eject users who violate these rules. Repeat or serious violations result in permanent removal.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Sharedtime offers an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription, Sharedtime Premium at US$19.99 per month (pricing may vary by region and is always shown in the app before you buy). Premium unlocks features such as a profile checkmark, animated profile picture, custom room backgrounds, and seeing who visited your profile.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same term unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Virtual items (such as coins), if offered, are licensed to you for use in Sharedtime, have no cash value, and are not refundable or transferable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable use of the service

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt Sharedtime, attempt to access it by any means other than the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Sharedtime and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Sharedtime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Sharedtime after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
